Hi Everyone! I am Rizko Fatra. I am currently enrolling in UI/UX Bootcamp by dibimbing.id. This case study is part of my study and practice.

This project is part of my UX Writing Challenge during my UI/UX Bootcamp at dibimbing.id.

The activity of this case study is to rewrite a copy inside POS AJA mobile application produced by PT Pos Indonesia.

The objective is to create a more engaging and informative copy to help user understand easier the instruction.

Scenario

POS Aja is an app to help the user tracking their package. The user needs clearer direction in several condition, such as,

  • When the application lost internet connection.
  • Clear message in “order page” to get the update.

Challenge

Create a better and more engaging copy for the POS Aja users. The goal is to make sure the new user won’t be confused when using this app.

Idea & Copy Result

1) Riwayat Pesanan Page

[Before revision] Below is the “riwayat pesanan” or transaction history page before it is revised.

[After revision] Meanwhile, below is the same page with new copy in it. The copy is more informational and also the CTA is more aligned with the page. The word Order is not right for this page. The word Pengiriman Barang is more relevant to the CTA.

2) Internet Off Notification

[Before revision] When the internet is off, POS Aja apps doesn’t show the right notification. The copy that pops up is “Oops, network error”.

[After revision] The pop up message when the internet off can be like this. The copy is clear and there is CTA there to help to users reload the page.

Thank you for reading my case study! I am super happy doing this UX Writing Challenge! I realize this is still far from perfect, so any input and suggestion will be appreciated. 😊
